  13.   1st line is to open pfiles after response, 0 = no, 1 = yes
  14.     if YES (1), the program "CreditsClose" must be used which is in the
  15.     original "Credits.zip" file.  See Credits.doc for information on usage.
  16.   2nd line is to open UDBase after response, 0 = no, 1 = yes
  17.     if YES (1), the program "CreditsClose" must be used which is in the
  18.     original "Credits.zip" file.  See Credits.doc for information on usage.
  19.   3rd line is use Pfile points or UDBytes.   0 = UDbytes, 1 = Pfile points.
  20.   4th line is to bypass credit awarding.     0 = no, 1 = bypass
  21.   5th line is the initial credit awarded for posting.
  22.   6th is the number of credits to add for each word in the post.
  23.   7th is the initial credit awarded awarded for responding.
  24.   8th is the number of credits to add for each word in the response. 
  25.   9th is the access to allow INTO the UD without posting/responding first.
  26.  10th is the access to allow INTO the PFILES without posting/responding first.
  27.  11th is the MINIMUM ratio of dloads/responses users must have to bypass
  28.       a closed UD and/or P-Files. MUST be between 0-50 [0 = no ratio check]
